Cheltenham lawyers Harrison Clark Rickerbys acted for national property consultants Bruton Knowles in the acquisition of their new Gloucester headquarters at Olympus Park, Quedgley, Gloucester, a move which will enhance their presence in the area.
The new office will replace Bruton Knowles existing HQ in the city at Bristol Road and enable the firm to create a purpose-made and more spacious base for staff. With 12 offices across the country, the firm has grown steadily.
Mark Fabian, head of commercial property for Harrison Clark Rickerbys, said: We have a longstanding relationship with Bruton Knowles and have worked together to help clients as well as providing each other with our professional expertise. We are happy to have been able to help the firm in this way, enabling them to improve their facilities and look to the future with a firm base in Gloucester.
Patrick Downes, managing partner with Bruton Knowles, said: We have worked together with Harrison Clark Rickerbys for many years both with joint initiatives and client work, so it was good to work with them so effectively for our own premises. We are now very well set up for further growth in Gloucestershire, and the wider region, for the years ahead.
Harrison Clark Rickerbys has 400 staff and partners based at offices in Cheltenham, Birmingham, the Wye Valley, Hereford, Worcester, and the Thames Valley, who provide a complete spectrum of legal services to both business and private clients, regionally and nationwide. The firm also has a number of highly successful teams specialising in individual market sectors, including health and social care, education, agricultural and rural affairs, advanced manufacturing, defence, security and the forces, and construction.
