The definition for Generation Y
Tech-Savvy: Generation Y grew up with technology and rely on it to perform their jobs better. Armed with the latest technology, Generation Y is plugged-in 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Family-Centric: Generation Y are willing to trade high pay for fewer billable hours, flexibility and a better work/life balance. Unlike the older generation, Generation Y has a different vision of workplace expectations and often prioritises family and quality of life over work, however, they still respect hard work and aspire to achieve.
We are looking for young people who are exemplars. Willing to achieve for themselves, their colleagues, their employers, their professional or local communities and to make a difference within society, however small. We are looking for future leaders. What do they think it takes to drive tomorrows economic agenda and where are they in the Cotswold region?
